/tpa/user/other/icons/ <----is that in that folder or /tpa/present/system/menu? In which do i put the icons?

almost ;)

but in your case it will be /usb/other/icons/
k800 like my own W810 have this one difrent, user accessable memory is located in usb folder, not tpa

you can modify that direction as you like, but only using hex editor, not notepad !

Well, as far as im concerned W200I should work with flash themes, it reads flashs, and one of the themes changes the icons (Dunno if this is flash or what...), but i cannot find anything related to using SWF menus on my W200I... anyone could point me to some link? :P

depends. as you havent used the shortcuttrick as of yet, u have to put them into /tpa/present/system/menu
